「Stronger Together」
The term “multicultural conviviality” is being heard more and more in our daily lives, and support from industry, government, and academia is widening, making Japan a more comfortable place to live for foreigners.
On the other hand, many Japanese people and Japanese companies that have not had much contact with foreigners in the past are now faced with the problem of “cross-cultural understanding”.
We believe that the key to solving these various problems lies in “mutual understanding” in which both sides come to terms with each other. In the midst of an unprecedented labor shortage, if foreigners who contribute to Japan and Japanese people can overcome differences in culture, customs, and values and interact as “people to people,” it will be possible to realize an inclusive society that is comfortable for everyone to live in and lead to a more prosperous life.
We have been involved in cross-cultural management in a variety of settings, including major manufacturers overseas and in Japan, services, IT, ventures, hotels and tourism. With those years of experience and network, we would like to help solve problems that both foreigners and Japanese people have in various situations.
